A Little of This and a Little of That from My Wonderful Life

This was my adopted Mom's 100th Birthday Cake!!! She turned 100 on March 25th! Gee, both of my moms had March birthdays! She was 46 when she and my dad adopted me! They drove to Uvalde, Texas where they had both previously taught in the Jr. College there! They were living in Tyler, Texas when they got the call from an attorney in Uvalde to come and see if they wanted me. I always told her I felt like a used car! LOL I had the best life anyone could ask for and I mean that! Of course, I wonder all the time what life with all of you would have been like??? Me hanging on Charmaine, Don, and Patty Lynn!!! LOL The "babygirl" who was always in your business!! HaHa! I was with Mom and Grandma Freida in the hospital for 2 days. If they had still been living when I found you all, I would have told both of them they did what they thought was best for me and I would have thanked them and tried my best to reassure them! I always knew I was adopted and it was never a big deal, but I ALWAYS wondered and knew I was the 4th baby! Next post, what a little snooping told me!!!
